Justin has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and is dual licensed as a Loan Originator (since 2001) and Realtor (since 2009).

He has extensive experience negotiating real estate transactions and analyzing complex contracts, developing strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and dispute resolution.

Justin has completed 80 hours of formal mediation training and many more hours in mediation observations, co-meditations, and personal mediations.

His professional background and mediation training enable him to guide parties toward clear communication and practical, mutually agreeable resolutions.
